Complete the learning activities, especially chapters 6 and 7 from the Melnyk text.

Using the instruction and resources in Melnyk locate one quantitative research study and one qualitative research study related to your PICOT question.

• Using the appropriate Rapid Critical Appraisal Questions for the study type (found in chapters 6 and 7) or the generic question found in Appendix C to evaluate one quantitative research article. 
• Use the Rapid Critical Appraisal Questions for Qualitative Evidence (Box 7.1, page 268) to evaluate one qualitative research article. 
• Add the articles to the evidence collection tool (matrix) document (now there should be at least 10). The articles should come from the Radford search engines such as Cichran, Cinahl, and Medline, and be published in American journals.
