This assignment aims to evaluate your ability to complete a comprehensive succinct leadership assessment focusing on your personal leadership philosophy as well as your strengths and improvement areas. A personal leadership philosophy is a set of beliefs and principles that influence how you lead and interact with others. It reflects your core values, attitudes, and expectations as a leader. It helps you to evaluate information, make decisions, and communicate your vision and goals. It also allows subordinates, peers and supervisors to understand what you stand for and what they can expect from you as a leader. Additionally, this comprehensive assessment allows one to identify strengths and their application to cultivating subordinates as well as identifying personal leadership improvement areas and develop targeted improvement outcomes.
