  • advertising: Does the brand use advertising? Find three to four visual examples of advertising, and list the media used (for example, newspapers, magazines, billboards, search engine ads, etc.).
  • public relations: Does the brand have a PR program? Find three to four visual examples of PR, and list the PR types (for example, supporting good causes, celebrity relationships, mentions in the press, special events, etc.).
  • direct marketing: Does the brand conduct direct marketing? Find two to three visual examples of direct marketing, and list the types (for example, email newsletters, mailed catalogs, and postcards).
  • personal selling: Does the brand focus on personal selling? Are they known for customer service and personal styling? Do they offer help to customers on the phone and via chat on their websites? Find a few visual examples, if possible.
  • sales promotions: Does the brand offer sales promotions? Find three to four visual examples of sales promotions (for example, sale and discount announcements, special offers, etc.).
